Description
Bruker APEX II single crystal diffractometer equipped with molybdenum X-radiation with lambda = 0.71073 Angstrom and an Oxford Cryosystems low temperature device with range of ca. +200 to ca. -150 deg C.
Specification
Single crystals of size ca. 0.05 to 0.5 mm. Larger crystals can be cut smaller. Air or moisture sensitive crystals can be handled via a Schlenk line.
